Bryant Staffing is seeking an energetic self-start that can work independently, successfully close a sale, create a customer for life and reach goals. This full-time position offers competitive pay in the Union County, NJ area. The position offers you the opportunity to use your sales and service skills and grow with a professional company long-term.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation through planning and execution of field marketing programs such as: Networking group membership, Home Shows, Previous Customer programs.

Schedule estimates with prospective customers for both the leads we provide and leads that you generate.

Create the customer connection by listening to their needs and providing them with a clearly documented written proposal. Communicate to the customer the difference they will experience with our service system.

Follow-up and close outstanding proposals.

Develop close working relationships with job site supervisors and the office manager to ensure successful scheduling and job hand-off.

Create a customer for life by following up on job change requests

Complete provided certification training, participate in ongoing sales/leadership development programs, and attend sales meetings and conferences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree a plus

2+ years of sales experience a plus

Must be a self-starter, energetic, punctual and results driven
