Bryant Staffing has proudly serviced businesses in New Jersey since 1984.  We are happy to be celebrating our 36th Anniversary in 2020.

Our regional branches service Hudson, Bergen, Middlesex, Somerset, Essex, Union, and Mercer counties in New Jersey and the Hudson Valley region in New York.   Bryant Staffing specializes in providing qualified staff for Administrative/Clerical, Medical Office Support, Light Industrial, Manufacturing/Engineering, Human Resources, and Accounting/Finance in a temporary, temp to hire, direct hire and contract capacity.  We also provide Human Resource Consulting services to small businesses.

PRE EMPLOYMENT PREPARATION:

E-Verify – Bryant Staffing is a participant in the E Verify Program developed by the Department of Homeland Security.  In compliance with the law, all Bryant Staffing employees are entered into the Homeland Security Database within the first three days of employment to verify their identity and authorization to work in the United States.

 

Employment Verification – All applicants are required to provide contact information on their previous employers.  Every effort is made to contact these employers to verify as much information as possible on employment history.  During an assignment through Bryant information on the employee’s attendance and work performance is recorded into our system.

 

Background Checks – If background checks are a requirement, Bryant can provide client specific background checks in accordance with the law.

 

Drug Tests – It is Bryant’s intent to help provide a drug free environment for our clients and our employees.  With this goal in mind, if drug testing is a requirement for new employees, we can provide a variety of options to fit each client’s specific needs and timetables.

 

Orientation – In addition to completing our employment application, all prospective employees are given Bryant Policy information on Substance Abuse, Personal Internet and E-Mail Use, Harassment, Equal Opportunity, Attendance/Punctuality and General Work Safety.
