Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or Liberal Arts
Minimum of 3 years prior buying experience, preferably off price national chain
Negotiation skills and decision making ability
Flexibility and able to juggle multiple tasks
Effective verbal and collaborative skills
Strong analytical and conception skills
Retail math skills, strong pc skills with emphasis on spreadsheet applications, knowledge of merchandizing systems and ability to understand data related to the system.

Responsibilities

Increase construction parts and service revenue within a defined territory.

Efficiently manage territory by scheduling and executing a customer call plan.

Conduct sales presentations and negotiate with customers.

Record and update customer equipment lists along with plans to address sales opportunities in a  customer relationship management system, sales link.

Profile customers to determine the potential for additional parts and service sales.

Collaborates with the Construction Service Department staff to schedule and coordinate repairs.

Qualifications

Experience in the heavy equipment industry and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi tasks effectively in a fast paced environment.

Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Adobe Reader and other related software.

This is a Direct Hire Position and salary is based on experience.
