Bryant Staffing has a Direct Hire Customer Service Managerial position available.  The ideal applicant will have 3-5 years experience including interviewing, hiring, warnings, terminating, reviews, training,and coordinating work.

This position is located in the North Bergen, New Jersey area.  The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm but applicants need to be flexible (may need to start earlier and stay later)

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not a necessity

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to deal with all levels of employees and customer’s employees

Salary Range:  $52K-$55K
